Position Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and charismatic Sake Educator to join our team. As a Sake Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering educational content and leading tasting sessions both in person at international events and online through virtual platforms. This position offers the opportunity to influence and educate a diverse audience about the subtleties of Sake and Shochu, enhancing their overall experience and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and conduct Sake and Shochu educational sessions, seminars, and tastings for various audience levels.
Collaborate with event organizers to schedule and plan educational content.
Create engaging materials and presentations to support learning and discovery.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and historical research to provide accurate and insightful information.
Engage with attendees, answering questions and providing recommendations on Sake and Shochu selection and food pairings.
Travel to various international locations to represent the Sake International Expo at events and functions.

Extensive knowledge of Sake and Shochu, including production methods, regions, types, and brands.
3 Years experience in teaching or public speaking, with the ability to engage and educate audiences of all knowledge levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel internationally and adapt to varying cultural settings.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (especially Japanese) are highly desirable.
Certification in Sake education, such as a Sake Sommelier or similar qualification, is preferred.
