Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. This role is crucial in ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and support to our members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a passion for wine and a commitment to excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives and specialists.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service.
Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics to drive improvements.
Train and mentor team members on best practices in customer service.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about the latest trends in wine and customer service to provide knowledgeable support.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and complex situations.
Passionate about wine with a willingness to continue learning about the industry.
