Job Description

The Account Coordinator (AC) provides excellent customer service skills in a high-paced distirbution and manufacturing work environment, with ability to maintian a professional composure with the demands of operations. The AC will manage customer orders, queries, customer relation events, and prioritizing tasks throughout the day, working on several orders at one given time. The role will be filled with an innovative and tranformational mindset and resonate with our company Purpose, working closely with different levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries; process sales orders, returns, track order status, review artwork, correspond to shipment delays, handle order changes, initiate new project launches, and provide quotations for all products with customer love.
• Intake and process all components for new projects.
• Log and track customer relations events and determine resolution and or escalate as necessary.
• Determine order revisions as needed with approval as required.
• Apply concessions to customers or orders with approval as required.
• Facilitate on-boarding, and creation of new accounts.
• Coordinate customer sensory requests with lab, salesperson, and customer.
• Create product samples to order for sales team.
• Create customized open order status reports for accounts.
• Communicate regularly with different departments tied to departments processes.
• Enter and update customer preferences, customer pricing, and product specifications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accurately.
• Obtain functional knowledge of all company product offerings.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding workflow, operations, and opportunities for streamlining current procedures.
• Participate, present, and contribute during daily production meetings and department meetings as required.
• Engage in the training process for new hires, new or updated processes as needed.
• Perform as a backup for AC team members that are out of the office.
• Perform all duties as assigned, but not limited to this job description.

Successful candidates for this position will have:

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field highly preferred.
• Three years direct customer service experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism and interpersonal skills working with internal and external customers.
• Strong working knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and skills.
• Profound oral and written communication skills.
• Customer focused attitude, passionate and provides customer love.
• Manages timelines and priorities.
• Driven and provides solutions or ideas.
• Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge working with a CRM experience highly preferred.
• Performs independent tasks and engages with teams.
• Experience following Lean Principles.

Physical Demands
• Able to sit for long periods of time and work at a computer workstation.
• Able and willing to occasionally work longer than normal business hours when needed to meet deadlines.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able and willing to travel domestically for work-related business as needed or required for the purposes of this position.
• Frequently visit production warehouse in varying temperatures as needed.
• Comply with GMP/Food Safety rules, regulations, requirement, and policies that apply to the Company.

Salary Range

$58,000-$68,000 annually
